Gift Wrapping

Whether ordering for yourself to deliver or sending direct to a lucky recipient, take the stress out of bows, paper cuts and finding the start of the sticky tape by letting us take care of the wrapping for you.

Choose from Classic Silver (suitable for all occasions) or other available styles via the drop-down menu on the Shopping Bag page.

If you are sending wrapped gifts to more than one recipient in a parcel, contact us listing which products are for which child and we will make sure they are clearly named. Please include your order number in your message. 

Please note, not all products are eligible for gift wrap service.

Standard UK Delivery

Our Standard UK delivery charge is £2.99. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).

Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days via Royal Mail but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods. 

If your product hasn't arrived after 7 working days please get in touch and we will investigate.

Exceptions

Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. 

BFPO

We are able to delivery to BFPO addresses, under Standard UK delivery terms. Please ensure correct Royal Mail postcodes are used.
