Returns & Refunds
We trust you’ll be very happy with your purchase but if you have any cause for concern with your product please get in touch. Whatever the reason, we ask that the item be returned to us within 30 days from the point of purchase.
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind, please let us know and we will be happy to offer a refund for the value of the goods, or offer an exchange.
Please ensure your item is unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging. In this instance you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Should your product be faulty or damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible and we will guide you through the return process. We will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement as per your wishes.
Once we have received the item, we will notify you.
When refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within seven business days.
If you feel your refund is overdue, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate.
If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch. If the item has already been dispatched, you will be liable for return postage costs. As long as the item is returned unused and in the same condition as when dispatched, we will offer a refund for the value of the goods.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
