Our final Royal Mail 48 deliveries must be received by noon on Friday 17th December 2021. If you would like to place an order after this date and time, please get in touch with us first so we can try and help. Local deliveries (around Hertford and Hatfield) may be possible after this date, again by arrangement only. Otherwise our Standard UK Delivery terms apply.
Standard UK Delivery
Our Standard UK delivery charge is £2.99. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).
Royal Mail and other courier services are experiencing very high volumes at present. Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days, but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods.
If your product hasn't arrived after 7 working days please get in touch and we will investigate.
Exceptions
Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.
We currently do not ship to addresses outside the UK.
BFPO
We are able to delivery to BFPO addresses, under Standard UK delivery terms. Please ensure correct Royal Mail postcodes are used.
