Standard UK Delivery - Coronavirus Update
Due to the latest UK Government guidance in relation to the Coronavirus pandemic, please note the following amendments to our Standard delivery terms, effective from 23 March 2020.
In order to keep our movement to a bare minimum, dispatch lead time will be up to 3 working days. There will be no local hand deliveries until further notice.
Our Standard UK delivery charge is £2.99. Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days via Royal Mail but please allow up to 5 - 7 days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods.
If you product hasn't arrived after 7 days please get in touch and we will investigate.
Exceptions
Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.
We currently do not ship to addresses outside the UK.
BFPO
We are able to delivery to BFPO addresses, under Standard UK delivery terms. Please ensure correct Royal Mail postcodes are used.
