Mrs. Plumpert’s prized pot pie has gone missing and it is down to you to crack the case. You’ll have to work together with your team mates to find out who the thief is, but be quick because the guilty fox is high-tailing it towards the exit. Will you halt the hungry hooligan before it flies the coop… or will you be Outfoxed?
This fun deduction style game is suitable for all the family (including young cubs from 5 years). Eliminate the foxes that don't fit the descriptive clues you gain along your journey on the board. Use the nifty clue decoder to build up a profile. Does the perpetrator wear a monocle? Carry an umbrella? Have a cape? Players have to roll the three dice and get the right matching symbol to be able to perform their desired action (either 'search for clues' or 'reveal suspects'). Failure to do so allows the sneaky fox to move further along the path to freedom.
Despite the age suitability (5 years +) this is a great game for teaching early logic and deduction skills. It can also be played at a harder level (where the escaping fox moves more swiftly) if needed. A great whodunnit. The co-operative play element is a good way to keep siblings on the same team and working together.
Play time is 20 minutes (approx).
2 - 4 players.
