Sushi Go! is a fast, cute, card game that rewards strategic thinking.
Players are eating at a sushi restaurant and trying to collect the best combination of sushi dishes as they whizz by. Score points for collecting the most sushi rolls or making a full set of sashimi. Dipping your favorite nigiri into wasabi will triple its value. But be sure to leave some room for pudding (or that will eat into your score).
As well as cooking up your best hand, players also need to be mindful of the delicacies you allow your opponent to take. It might be just what they need to beat you!
Sushi Go! teaches young players the dynamics of 'draft and pass' without getting too technical or introducing too many rules. But then, accomplished sushi masters can advance to a stage where they can use the various scoring combinations to their advantage and employ strategic play and devious blocks.
