Christmas Delivery 

Please place your orders before noon on Tuesday December 18th to ensure they make our final Christmas delivery sack. For any last minute orders beyond this, please contact us and we will see if we can help. 

We will be back in the office Wednesday 2nd January 2019 with our usual delivery times. 

Standard Delivery

Our Standard UK delivery charge is £2.99. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).

Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days, via Royal Mail, but please allow up to 5 - 7 days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods. 

If you product hasn't arrived after 7 days please get in touch and we will investigate.

Exceptions

Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.

We currently do not ship to addresses outside the UK.

BFPO

We are able to delivery to BFPO addresses, under Standard UK delivery terms. Please ensure correct Royal Mail postcodes are used.
