Delivery Update w/c 10th August 2020
Please note the following temporary amendment to our Standard UK Delivery terms below. Orders received after 10.30am on Monday 10th August will not be despatched until Saturday 15th August. If you have any problems or concerns regarding orders placed between the above dates, please get in touch.
Standard UK Delivery
Our Standard UK delivery charge is £2.99. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).
Royal Mail services have largely returned to normal and delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days, but please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods.
If your product hasn't arrived after 7 days please get in touch and we will investigate.
Exceptions
Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.
We currently do not ship to addresses outside the UK.
BFPO
We are able to delivery to BFPO addresses, under Standard UK delivery terms. Please ensure correct Royal Mail postcodes are used.
