Gift Card

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with an After Alice gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and can be forwarded or printed out and handed to the recipient. Instructions on how to redeem them at checkout are provided. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees nor expiry date.

Provided there is still a balance remaining on the card, gift cards can be used more than once.

Gift cards can be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code during checkout.

More than one gift card can be redeemed toward a purchase during checkout.

If a customer account has been created, balance of cards can be found there. If not please get in touch and we’ll let you know.

Gift cards cannot be:

• purchased with an existing gift card;
• purchased with a discount code; or
• reloaded.

Delivery Update 28th March 2024

Please note the following temporary amendment to our Standard UK Delivery terms below. Orders received after 1pm on Thursday 28th March will not be despatched until Tuesday 9th April. If you have any problems or concerns regarding orders placed between the above dates, please get in touch.

Standard UK Delivery

Our Standard UK delivery charge is £3.50. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).

Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days via Royal Mail but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods. 

If your product hasn't arrived after 7 working days please get in touch and we will investigate.

Exceptions

Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.
